The European Commission, on January 27, 2003 entered into force the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive, “Directive 2002/95/EC”, which restricts certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products. Effective July 1, 2006, RoHS directed Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Hexavalent Chromium, and Brominated Flame-Retardants – PBB & PBDE, be banned from electrical and electronic products sold in Europe

ACME offers RoHS compliant materials. At the customer's request, we will supply certificates of compliance based on testing and/or raw material source certificates of compliance. Under specific circumstances, ACME can offer a 3rd party independent lab test confirming RoHS compliance at a nominal cost.

We have received RoHS compliance commitments from our primary vendors of raw materials. Based on these compliance commitments, our internal proprietary formulations, and/or certificates of compliance from our raw material sources, ACME has confirmed compliance with the RoHS for materials that we supply to customers that have requested such certification.

Thank you for your business and the opportunity to serve your company.
